2025/2026 FALL/WINTER TEAM REGISTRATION STARTS SOON!!

New Swimmer evaluation will be on AUGUST 27TH FROM 6-7:30 AT OAK FOREST HIGH SCHOOL

2025/2026 Fall/Winter Season Fee Breakdown - The season will run from September 8th through the beginning of February

$500/per swimmer if a payment plan is utilized (this will consist of a down payment, and then an automatic monthly charge towards the balance.) Transactions will take place during the first week of each month.

$425.00/per swimmer if all fees are paid in full at time of registration. If your swimmer is in high school please contact us about fees.

$125.00/per family Fundraising fee. We will be doing a lottery raffle board. $25 will go towards buying the lottery scratch off tickets and each family will get $100 in tickets to sell to family or friends. 

Every swimmer will need to be a registered swimmer on USAS (USA Swimming). This is a separate fee and registration that is required. New swimmers will need to be registered by 9/30/2025. If not completed, your swimmer will not be allowed to practice or attend meets until it is. The link to register will be available on our website or at the parent meeting.

OFSA is run entirely by volunteers, except for the salaried coaches. It is very important each family participates in some capacity to ensure the season runs smoothly. At the end of the season if your family has not fulfilled the volunteer commitment your account will be charged $300.

Each season every family is required to fulfill the following volunteer commitment: 12 hours per the fall season, and 9 hours per spring/summer season. Hours can include any combination of aforementioned duties (each meet usually provides 3 hours of commitment, family & friends are welcome to help meet your hours).

**A credit card MUST be on file with the team.** We no longer accept cash or checks for any swimming fees. The system makes you chose check as payment. Please do not send a check in. We will get credit card information at registration or during the first week of practice.
